- PDC staff alleges that Leon A. Lawson, a candidate for public office in 2024 seeking the office of Governor of the State of Washington, violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to timely and accurately file Full Report Receipts and Expenditures (C-4) reports, disclosing contributions and expenditures undertaken by his campaign, as required for candidates registered under the “Full Reporting” option.

- PDC staff alleges that Misipati Semi Bird, a candidate for Governor for State of Washington in the 2024 election, violated RCW 42.17A.320 for failure to provide party preference and sponsor identification on political advertising for election year 2024.
